I understand that with any type of physical activity there is a risk of injuries (scratches, scrapes, broken bones, etc.) I do hereby waive Elisabet Wilke and Sask Reptile Shows Inc. from and against any and all claims, damages, action or causes of action for costs and expesnes to personal property, personal injury, and mental or emotional trauma, to any who participate in the program. I agree that I have read and understood this Waiver of Liability and Release and agree to be legally bound by it.

Camp registrations must be paid in full to secure your spot at camp. All camp registration fees are subject to a full refund 'no questions asked' until Feb 23, 2026. All cancellations must be sent in writing to the registration office at wranglerelisa@gmail.com Any canceled weeks of camp within the last two weeks before the camp will be subject to a non-refundable $60 administration fee per participant. If written cancelation is received by the registration office at least 14 days prior to start of the camp week, a refund (less the non- refundable admin fee per child) will be provided. If written cancellation made to the registration office within 14 days of camp starting, consideration will be only given to either switching weeks or camp credit for next year. No refunds will be provided once camp has started for any reason. There are no refunds given due to bad weather. Any changed to your registered weeks of camp are subject to a $10 fee per occurrence.

During the camp there will be photos taken of activities and events taking place and available for parents. Some of these photos may be used for promotional material for future camps, including but not limited to brochures, website use, web marketing and posters. Photos may include group and individual photos. They will not be used in any other manner or sold for third party marketing. Participation is not mandatory and will not result in exclusion from activities, but is appreciated.

Due to the nature of live animals there is always a possibility that minor injuries occur while handling them (bites or scratches). We do our very best to minimize the likely hood of these occurring, but the risk is never zero.
